This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Strawberries & Brownies
Strawberry Milkshake
Let me preface by telling you I hate milk. Always have. Only time I will have milk is with cereal. Just not a big fan. However, I've decided to try and make an effort to drink more of it. I also bought a BIG box of strawberries at Costco yesterday and thought this might help me out. It wasn't very sweet, but it definitely helped me get it down.

Weekly Weigh-In
Weighing in today @: 151.5 lbs.
Weight Loss for the week: 0 lbs.
Total Weight Loss: 18.5 lbs.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. That is how I feel about this week's weigh-in. I'm not disappointed, just frustrated. I have been feeling bloated the past few days and I think that might be due to the Penne & Sausage combo. I'll be working pretty hard this week to overcome this and next week I plan to start the 30 day diet again. Except, I won't do it for 30 days, but 3 weeks instead. I guess I should still be happy that I've still done so well this far. Mostly, I just wanted to be able to say that I finally made my half-way point. Better keep on truckin'.
