C25K Day 1 & Walk

C25K:

I'm so proud of myself for getting this far. This workout was pretty good too. Yay!

Walk:

Since I'm getting so low in allotted calories I decided to add a walking loop to my routine in the days I don't calisthenics and weight lifting. Especially now that it's really getting nice outside.

Calories Burned: 212
