Lunch - Turkey Sandwich (Orowheat Whole Grain & Flax Bread, Mayo, Mustard, & Turkey) put in a sandwich maker to heat the turkey, Almonds, & Fiber One Brownie
Dinner - Spaghetti & Buttered Bread
Snack - Granola Bar
Water - 2 (and a little bit) Liters
This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!
