Breakfast(ish): Honey Cinnamon Tea *21 Calories*
I've read that this can help with weight loss (or at least keep from gaining weight if you are eating a high-calorie diet). It seems to work pretty well from what I've seen.
1 cup of water
1 tsp. of honey
a little less than 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
Put in a saucepan and turn up the heat.
Bring to a boil.
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour into a cup and let steep for 30 minutes.
Even if you don't want to use it to help loose weight, it's still pretty tasty. If you are using it for weight loss, drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and 30 minutes before eating and then before going to bed.
