  1. I really admire what you're doing here and have been inspired to do something similar. I used to keep a food journal that I had to turn in to my trainer to be reviewed and know that is where I made my progress last summer. I had 1 suggestion- brown rice, they make instant brown rice and I think its delicious tossed with veggies and whatever you'd like. Also egg whites have no fat in them so if you'd like more egg in the morning do 3-4 egg whites. Keep up the good work, by the way you don't weigh very much at all.
