This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. I really admire what you're doing here and have been inspired to do something similar. I used to keep a food journal that I had to turn in to my trainer to be reviewed and know that is where I made my progress last summer. I had 1 suggestion- brown rice, they make instant brown rice and I think its delicious tossed with veggies and whatever you'd like. Also egg whites have no fat in them so if you'd like more egg in the morning do 3-4 egg whites. Keep up the good work, by the way you don't weigh very much at all.
