This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Mexican Chicken Kabobs
(After it's been de-kabob-ed. I think I just made a new word.)
With 3/4 cup long grain white rice and steamed cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots.
