This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Weekly Weigh-In
Weighing in today @: 157.5 lbs.
Weight Loss for the week: .5 lbs.
Total Weight Loss: 12.5 lbs.
Well, honestly, I was baaaaaaad this week so I can't say I'm surprised. A little bummed, yeah, but at the beginning of this I said I didn't want to have any of those crazy sad Biggest Loser scale moments. I'm NOT going to beat myself up for this. I've still had some pretty awesome weight loss. Next week will be better because I'm going to get back up on that treadmill and workout every day this week (except Sunday). The good news is that the pants I bought because I was too big to fit into my regular jeans, are waaaaay baggy on me. :) Huzzah! That's the accomplishment I'm going to be focusing on. I also took my measurement today and here are my stats (this is all Daily Plate will allow me to measure unless I buy a Gold Membership that I'm not gonna do yet).
Chest: 32''
Hips: 40.5"
Neck: 13"
Waist: 31.5"
Let's see how these are affected as the week goes on.

Cookies
I don't have a picture because I kind of went insane and just ate them. However, if you are curious to know just how overboard I went the total calorie amount I hit was 872.5. Ugh! So depressing. I've had a headache all day that's been lingering around for a few days and I was craving them bad. Emotional eater much? I think I'll still be okay since I have about 350 calories leftover from last night and I'll be working my butt off (literally.....I hope) tomorrow and Saturday. When I told Ty I could tell he was kind of disappointed considering how well I was doing. Honestly, I think a little part of me snapped. I'm just going to have to be a little more careful with myself.

I'm sooooo excited! This is getting really good. Right now, we're in Moses Lake with my family and I can't wait to get home and color in a little more of my chart. Three more pounds and I'll earn my new pair of shoes. I still need to show you my pretty red lipstick and I just got some loverly jewelry as a reward for the 10 lbs. mark. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday.
