This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

I'm still on Week 3. That last run is still giving me problems, but I went to 3.5 for my cool down. I think I'll do both warm up and cool down at 3.5 next time.
