All manner of working out

I really needed to get rid of those extra calories from those cookies.

Lifted weights for a little more than 20 minutes. Calisthenics for about 17 1/2 minutes. Then completed C25K Week 3 Day 2.

Calories burned: 370

I'm going to be wicked sore tomorrow, but I burned 75% of those cookies off.
