C25K Week 7 Day 1

My leg is feeling a bit better, but running is just feeling hard on my body in general. Still not able to finish the full 25 minutes, but I'm getting between 17 to 20 before breaking and then finishing. Sounds weak, and maybe it is. I'm trying though and I'll get there.
