This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Low Sugar Maple & Brown Suagar Oatmeal w/ Syrup
I added just 1/2 a Tbsp. Of syrup for flavor. Never seems like there is enough in this kind.
