This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

I'm redoing Week 3 until I feel like running for three minutes is comfortable. I did up the anty a little and did my walking portions at 4.
