This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Toast
My stomach has still been kinda weird and I have been not really hungry today. I would love some crackers, but I will stick with the sprouted grain bread with a half a tablespoon of butter.
