Garlic Lemon Kabobs

Thanks Nichole for reminding me that I need to post more recipes. This ones fairly new to us, but Ty claims it as a new favorite.

Serving size: 1 Kabob
4 Servings
204 Calories per serving

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Lemon Zest (I just went with the whole Lemon this time.)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh Parsley (or 1tsp. dried)
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 lb. Chicken breast (usually 2 chicken breasts)



Directions:

Add the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl.



















Whisk together, or just stir like I do.




Add chicken and mix to coat.







Cover the bowl and refrigerate.






For 2 hours.



After they've marinated, take them out and skewer them while preheating the grill or broiler.







Place in oven or on grill for about 5 minutes (6 on grill) on each side.







Make sure to turn at least once.




Bring them out and serve immediately.
