My friend and I went walking around a neighborhood in Pasco. We didn't map it out, just walked until we thought we were good. Turns out we walked 2.87 miles in 52 minutes.
Calories Burned: 307 (approx.)
Then I came home and did some calisthenics to work out the other parts of my body. I did 23 minutes of regular calisthenics and a five minute stretch.
Calories Burned: 238 (approx.)
