Weekly Weigh-In

Weighing in today @:  155.5 lbs.

Weight loss for the week:  + .5 lbs.
That means I gained back the only .5 lbs. that I lost the week before.
Total Weight Loss:  7.5 lbs.

I was pretty frustrated with this, but then I realized my mistake.  When I entered the recipe for Robbins Pizza Crust, I assigned too many servings.  Last night I noticed my error and when I went back to correct it, I found that I had actually gone over my limit three times this week.  Working out definitely would have saved me more, but AF was making me feel a little less than excited about that.  Oh well.  At least now I've found my mistake and can rectify it and move forward.
