I made a whole batch of this (which mean a LOT of them) to make Ice Cream Sandwiches with later. I did want to keep a good few for just Ty and I to eat. They're soooo good and I haven't enjoyed them in quite awhile. Since I had quite a few calories left at the end of the day, I figured I'd be okay to indulge.
For 2 cookies: 332 Calories
