Weighing in today @:  162 lbs.

Weight loss for the week:  1.5 lbs.

Total Weight loss:  8 lbs.

    I'm only two pounds away from my from my 10 pound goal!!!!  Also, my BMI is finally under 30.  Hooray!  Last week, I wrote that my next prize was shoes.  Whoops!  Actually, it's non-expensive jewelry.  I can hardly wait!  I'm really hoping that I'll hit 160 next week.  Here it goes.

Can I just tell you how great it's been to have these smoothies? I make them for Ty as well, with orange juice and he loves them. He doesn't like to eat fruit (he has issues with the texture of foods), so get his daily serving this way has been great. Aside from that, this works better than Activia! :). All in all, I think the both of us just feel better.
