This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Armando’s Green & Fruit AM boost Smoothie -
Ingredients: * 1 Banana (ripe is best – frozen if desired) * 1-2 cup OJ * 1-cups Baby Carrots (or chopped carrots) * 1-2 cups fresh Spinach Leaves * 6 fresh strawberry -frozen if desired)
Steps:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth 2. Enjoy as you eat raw veggies & fruit. This is also a great way to give your kids their veggies.
