C25K

    Today I did Week 1 Day 3 of the C25K program.  I do this on the treadmill at home and I kinda fumbled up a little bit at the beginning because I like to sync my time on the treadmill and the time on the app.  So I actually did a 10 minute warm up.  I started with 5, then the phone dropped, but was continuing with the time so I wanted to start over again and did 5 more.
