This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Toast and Applesauce
Sprouted grain bread saved me on this diet. I love the fruit smoothies, but it's nice to have something to break up the routine.
Two pieces of toast with butter and honey and a 1/2 cup of organic applesauce.
