This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Fruit Smoothie
Just had half a banana in this one, but otherwise the same.
So I've noticed you are eating/ drinking a lot of these lately. What are they exactly? They look uber yummy. Have they helped with the sugar cravings?
