This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Almond Chicken Kabobs
The 30 day diet is pretty restrictive, so finding side dishes is the opposite of easy for a picky eater like me. Suggestions are welcome. Until then you'll see a lot of steamed veggies. Also, I don't think I've ever mentioned it before, but unless I post something else I'll be drinking water. In fact, my goal is 7 cups a day.
