This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Completed Week 1 Day 1. I increased my walk pace a little and it felt good.
Good job! What is the end result supposed to be when following this program? Is it supposed to help build up our endurance as well?
