This is the place where I show the WORLD what I'm eating. I'll post pictures of what I'm eating, show the calories, and post calories burned. All to give myself some accountability and motivation to eat right. I can't promise it will all be healthy, but at least it's all out in the open. Occasionally I'll post recipes along with what I've eaten as well. ENJOY!

Fruit Smoothies
Confession: I wasn't adding the banana to the calories for the smoothies! Gag! However, I did go back to the older posts that didn't have the right calories and fixed it.
